Our drivers are trained to be in the terminal to meet the passenger within 20 minutes of your plane landing, and will be in the arrivals hall with a Cambridge Connections board displaying the passengers name. We ask if the passenger is seated in First or Business class or traveling with hand luggage only for this to be noted when booking, this is to ensure the driver arrives at the terminal earlier. We also ask all passengers to provide a mobile number so that the driver can contact you.


Your flight is tracked by our drivers using the various websites that are available to us, therefore ensuring that you are met in the arrivals hall at the correct time whether you’re late or early. We, as a company, do not charge you extra if the flight is delayed.


Gratuity is down to the personal traveler.


Receipts will be emailed to passengers, please always provide an email address.
